I asked ONE simple question: “What is your MOM ranking?” — a completely standard question any responsible employer would ask before choosing a maid agency. Instead of answering professionally, I received a bizarre lecture about “distrust” and “superiority.” The level of arrogance and defensiveness was honestly shocking. If a basic due-diligence question triggers such a rude response, imagine how they treat customers after you’ve paid them. Completely unprofessional and deeply off-putting. I would strongly advise employers to think twice before engaging this agency.
