This is the worst agency I’ve seen! I provided feedback on day 1 about the mismatch in profile of the helper vs interview and capabilities. She seems to have trouble even performing basic task like making milk and taking the clothes off my 4 years old. As we provided further feedback despite giving the helper a chance 2 weeks down the road that she is not able to perform any tasks. The helper also told me her experience taking care of kids is that the children will do their own stuff and she would do her own tasks, which further reflect her being inexperienced in the area. However, the only thing we got from the agent is that you would need to change your helper by showering them with care and love. Do not recommend this agency if you are looking for help in the house. You can engage them if you have a lot of time to spare.

I don't typically write reviews but James really deserves it. I first connected with James in 2024 when we were looking for a helper. Of the 7 maid agencies I've corresponded with or hired from over the years, James was the most professional, most prompt, and knowledgeable – he even advised us on what to look out for in our next helper, what we could realistically expect, helped to surface some great profiles, and communicated our needs and expectations clearly to the overseas hiring team. We hired our helper with him and 1.5 years on, she is by far the best helper we've ever had. James is always friendly and helpful, even when I asked for some help with documents over 1.5 years later and even after I'd originally forgotten to write a review! I definitely recommend RT Connections and if we had to hire a helper again, we are definitely sticking with James. Thanks! 🙂
